Kalt, kälter, schockfrosten - inklusiv

Ein Glace gefällig? Wir verwenden nur natürliche Zutaten und frosten diese mit flüssigem Stickstoff (minus 196 °C!) in Nullkommanix zu einer fruchtigen Köstlichkeit. Wer kann zu einem selbstgemachten Himbeerglace schon Nein sagen?
Mit zwei unterschiedlichen Verfahren machen die Teilnehmenden Glace in drei Minuten. Dabei unterstützten Hilfsmittel wie eine visuelle Anleitung mit METACOM Symbolen, Gebärdenübersicht und Kommunikationstafel das Verständnis und die Möglichkeit, die Handlungsschritte selbständig zu bewältigen und sich auszudrücken.
