On air: your elbow.
This is where the music flows through your body directly into your ear.
The loudspeaker causes a metal rod to vibrate. Its small surface moves only a little of the air surrounding it: no sound can be heard. But if you place your elbow on the metal pin, the vibration - and therefore the music - is transmitted to your body, unmistakably.
