Multi-Color Luminglas
Glowing spider webs to lightning storms.
"Multi-Color Luminglas™️" is a sandwich of glass plates filled with glass beads coated with phosphor. The interior was first evacuated and then filled with xenon. At the back, an electrode is sealed into the glass and extends into the interior.
The gas discharges here in the form of visible and invisible light. The ultraviolet light makes the different types of phosphor coatings glow, creating patterns that develop randomly and chaotically.
