Three-dimensional Projection
3D – the cinema is made by the brain.
From red and green shadows, plastic, three-dimensional objects emerge. Viewed through glasses with red and green filters, each eye receives two slightly offset shadow images of the same object. The brain constructs three-dimensional shapes from this information.
Front and back sides become clearly visible, as does the direction of rotation. If we swap the colored lenses, everything appears reversed.
